My name is Diana Parets, and I am the founder of PARE. It is a pleasure to meet you.
I have spent more than three decades working alongside home care and home health organizations in regulatory oversight, operational governance, policy development, auditing, and quality improvement.
Throughout my career, one question continued to follow me.
Organizations had dedicated professionals. They had information. They had policies. They had experience.
So why did the same operational and compliance challenges continue to repeat?
Over time, I realized the answer was rarely a lack of commitment or compassion. More often, it reflected the reality of leading increasingly complex organizations where human judgment, competing priorities, operational demands, and regulatory expectations intersect every single day.
Rather than asking leaders to simply work harder, I became interested in understanding the patterns behind the problems. That perspective eventually became the foundation for PARE.
PARE exists to help agency leaders preserve institutional knowledge, strengthen governance, improve operational visibility, and lead with greater confidence. Every publication, every conversation, and every solution reflects the same philosophy: teach before persuading, respect the complexity of leadership, and leave organizations stronger than we found them.
Ultimately, this story is not about me.
It is about the agency leaders who dedicate their lives to serving others and deserve systems that support that mission with the same level of care they bring to their communities every day.
If PARE succeeds, it will not be because of one founder's career. It will be because more organizations are able to spend less time fighting operational complexity and more time doing the work that called them into this profession in the first place.
That is the journey I am honored to be part of.
